Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 2026.

1. Who we are and scope

regUNDO is a non-profit civil association based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, dedicated to promoting deregulation, legal certainty and economic freedom through public advocacy, strategic litigation, and news and analysis.

These terms govern the use of regundo.org (institutional site) and regundo.com (news and analysis), and of the forms, the newsletter and the other features available on them (together, “the site”).

2. Acceptance

By browsing the site or using any of its features you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. To submit forms, subscribe to the newsletter or donate, you must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of your legal guardian.

3. Nature of the content

Articles, analyses, reports, reviews and other content are provided for information and outreach purposes. They reflect the views of their authors and of regUNDO at the time of publication, and may become outdated by later regulatory changes.

Nothing published here constitutes legal, accounting or professional advice, nor does it replace consulting a licensed professional about your particular situation. regUNDO strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that the information is complete, error-free or up to date.

4. Regulation reports

The report form lets you tell us about rules, procedures, fees or requirements you consider excessive or unjustified. By submitting it:

  • You state that the information is true and that you are entitled to share it, including any attached files.
  • You agree not to include personal data of third parties or confidential or privileged information, unless it is essential to describe the case and you are authorized to share it.
  • You authorize regUNDO to analyze the report and to use its content, without data that identifies you, in the Regulatory Inflation Observatory and in studies, reports and publications.
  • You understand that submitting a report does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not oblige regUNDO to take action. regUNDO independently decides which cases to prioritize and does not guarantee that a report will lead to a lawsuit or to any particular outcome.

We will only contact you about your report if you checked the box that allows it.

5. Lawyers’ network

Professionals who apply to the lawyers’ network do so voluntarily. Applying does not imply automatic admission, nor an employment, partnership or agency relationship with regUNDO. Each professional is solely responsible for their own work and for complying with the rules of their profession.

6. Newsletter

Subscription is free and becomes active once you confirm the link we send you by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

7. Donations

  • Donations are voluntary, with nothing given in return, and fund the association’s activities.
  • Online payments are processed by third-party platforms (for example, PayPal) under their own terms and policies. regUNDO does not receive or store your card details.
  • Donations are non-refundable, except for a verifiable error in the amount or the transaction. If that happens, write to us within 30 days at contacto@regundo.org.
  • regUNDO does not guarantee that donations are tax-deductible unless expressly stated.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, reports, graphics, logos, trademarks and design of the site belong to regUNDO or to their authors, and are protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11,723 and other applicable rules.

You may quote and share excerpts of our content for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit regUNDO as the source and link to the original publication. Reproducing full articles or using the material for commercial purposes requires prior written permission.

Third-party images and content belong to their respective owners.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site in good faith and in accordance with the law. In particular, you may not:

  • Submit false, defamatory or discriminatory information, or information that infringes the rights of others.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or files containing viruses or malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel, the servers or other people’s data.
  • Scrape content in bulk or in an automated way that affects the operation of the site.

regUNDO may remove submitted content and block access for anyone who breaches these terms.

10. Links to third-party sites

The site contains links to third-party sites and services (social networks, payment platforms, official sources). regUNDO does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Availability and liability

regUNDO strives to keep the site running continuously and securely, but does not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. It may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of its content and features.

To the extent permitted by law, regUNDO shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it, nor for decisions made on the basis of its content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date. If you continue to use the site after a change, you are deemed to accept the new version.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection laws grant to users.
