About us
Who we are
RegUNDO was born from a group of citizens and professionals who shared a diagnosis and decided not to stop there.
We had been watching how the accumulation of rules, procedures and other bureaucratic requirements turned the principle that everything that is not prohibited is permitted into little more than a statement of good intentions.
The next step could not be another academic paper: it had to be an organization capable of taking action.
The members of RegUNDO did not come from the same place. We have backgrounds in law, economic analysis, public management and institutional communication.
That diversity is why RegUNDO can propose, litigate and communicate under a single strategy, instead of doing each thing separately.
We are united by a shared conviction, not by a party structure or a sector interest. RegUNDO does not represent any particular actor or answer to any government: it answers to the idea that freedom and individual rights are not defended only by pointing out the problem from the outside, but by litigating each specific case, writing each reform proposal and explaining rigorously why every rule that is eliminated or improved matters.
